The Benefits of a Lock-It-and-Leave-It Lifestyle

Boutique Condos Allow Residents to Go on Extended Vacations Knowing Their Property, Plants and Even Pets are Well Looked After
Walking through the presentation centre for 89 Avenue, a luxury condo project being built in Yorkville, Armour Heights Developments project manager Michael Mazzotta also talks about the appeal of a lock-and-leave lifestyle. That’s been a big selling point for 89 Avenue as well.
“We will have a concierge take them to the airport,” he says. “We will have a car pick them up when they are returning. We will have their suites cleaned prior to their arrival. These are all features we offer for clientele.
“We learned that our clientele are jetsetters. They’re going to Florida, Milan, to New York, they are going to all these places, and they don’t have to worry about their suite. If they have plants, our concierge will water those. They will take care of their pets. All of this is part of what true luxury is. Peace of mind and convenience, a level of service that at this point in their lives they want to embrace.”
An “à la carte” menu of luxury services will be available for residents, on top of in-suite housekeeping and dog walking, such as floral and grocery delivery, dining reservations, personal shopping, moving services, home improvement and repairs, travel planning and automobile cleaning and detailing. Baby boomers and empty nesters represent a large portion of their clientele, and they have reached an age where they want the best of the best.
Much like The Webley and North Drive projects such as 1 Forest Hill and 10 Prince Arthur, 89 Avenue is private and boutique-style, with just 28 suites.
“Our clients travel regularly and appreciate the assurance of knowing their residence is safe and protected,” says Armour Heights Developments president Frank Mazzotta.
“89 Avenue was designed with comforts and refinement echoing the offerings of globally recognized five-star hotels. Combining world-class staff expertise with strategic partnerships developed with some of the world’s leading luxury brands and retailers, no service request is out of reach.”
